Snow stops work? Not if you're a JAM client

The story so far - the staff of one of our London clients have been unable to get into their offices this morning. We typically handle any calls when their lines are busy. This morning they have called us and explained their problem. We've arranged for all of their calls to be diverted to us and for us to act as their virtual reception desk until their staff are able to return.
